Here’s a step-by-step guide how:
- REGISTER WITH MARLÖ
To begin ordering your contacts with MARLÖ, you’ll need to create an account! They will ask for basic information such as your name, date of birth and contact information.
At bottom of this quick guide, you’ll find the link to do that.
Important Note: If your email is already linked to an existing account, it will alert you to contact your eye care provider. It will not direct you to a login page. If you are already registered, you can scroll down to the bottom of the guide and click the log in button.
- OFFICE VERIFICATION
After you register, our office staff will be alerted to update your prescription and exam date in our system. This is a crucial step to ensure your information is current, accurate and valid before you can place any orders.
- ORDER YOUR CONTACTS
Once our staff has updated your information, we will send you a link to proceed to order your contact lenses. You’ll have an opportunity to order drops and solutions as well!
Future orders and/or reorders can be processed by logging in to your Patient Portal or by downloading the MARLÖ app on your Apple or Android device.
